Tim Bialowas is a Senior Account Executive for Argus Risk Advisors and has worked in the Healthcare Industry for 23 years. He has 11 years of clinical experience as an EMT and a Registered Respiratory Therapist and has worked in medical professional liability for the last 12 years. After providing expert witness testimony in a few medical malpractice cases, he developed a passion for helping physicians outside of the clinical setting. Tim’s experiences working with physicians in both hospital and practice settings allows him to comprehend the challenges physicians face concerning both their reputations and medical liability. Tim is a proud veteran of The United States Navy and served for 6 years. He served in Desert Shield/ Desert Storm from 1990-1991 and was stationed aboard The USS John F. Kennedy CV-67.
He is married to his wife Stacey, who has worked at Metro Health Medical Center as a Registered Respiratory Therapist for 20 years.
Their son Trey attends Otterbein University and is majoring in criminology and international studies. Trey plays Lacrosse at Otterbein and played Football there for 2 years.
Tim helped develop a youth football league in his home town and coached football, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse for 10 years.
